  • STEP 2: CHOOSE A PACKAGE

    Based on your proposal, we’ll suggest one of our monthly packages or standalone services, plus exactly what services that will entail for your business. Whether you’re just starting out, ready to scale or trying to find a few more hours of freedom in your week, we have the skills to support you.

  • STEP 3: WE MAKE IT HAPPEN

    Once you’ve chosen your package and paid your invoice, our team of pros will get to work! We’ll handle the heavy lifting while keeping you updated on your latest business win. We’ve designed our services so that you can kick back, knowing your business is in good hands.

We’re experienced: As full time photographers for over 17 years combined, we’ve done it all, so we know what needs to happen. You won’t have to waste any time training your VAs or explaining to them what a raw file is or how to create a catalog in Lightroom.

  • The life of a photographer is busy and we know well the feeling of being overworked, we’ve been there! Our job is to help you not only manage your existing tasks but also to partner with you to help you scale and grow. No two businesses are alike so you will receive a custom proposal that is tailored to helping you achieve your specific business goals. After we identify a strategy, our team will help with all the tasks needed and Aileen and Sara will oversee all of your projects to ensure that you are meeting all of your due dates and deadlines. Think of us as your partners as we guide you towards achieving your long term business strategy.

  • Nope! As experienced photographers we already have extensive knowledge about how to run a photography business so you won’t need to do training. If we have to get up to speed with one of your systems that we’re not familiar with we will train ourselves on our own time. We have a team of folks working for us as well that have already gone through our training system. There is a quick onboarding process that we will go through to help us setup everything with you.

  • There’s no initial setup fee but please expect a few hours of your first month with us to be dedicated to onboarding and setting up your systems.

  • Because we so strongly encourage work life balance for our clients we also believe that everyone that works with us should have it as well. Our VAs work on tasks during office hours (9-5) Monday to Friday and do not work on statutory holidays.

  • Yes! We are partnered with a certified bookkeeper (who also does the books for us!), and we will be offering this as an add on to our monthly subscriptions. We’re like a one stop shop!

  • Not just yet as we are still working hard behind the scenes to create a social media management program that can best benefit you. This is something that we plan on offering in the near future, so sign up for our newsletter to get updated!

  • We currently bill once per month for our subscriptions and payment is due in full before work starts for our standalone services. Please note that we offer a discount for 6 month commitments to our monthly subscription services.

  • If you feel like your monthly subscription isn’t serving you anymore, you can cancel anytime without penalty. We just ask for notice of three weeks so that we can redistribute our resources!

  • Our packages are designed around tasks, not hours. After evaluating your unique business needs, we create a custom package for your monthly subscription that includes a set number of tasks.

  • We will update you via message once weekly and give you a summary of all tasks done, and also set up a once monthly video call for a more detailed check-in. You are free to email us anytime if there’s something you need help with or if you have any questions or concerns.

  • Your feedback is very important to us! We are always open to hearing how we can do things differently so that it best suits your needs. This is a partnership so we are growing alongside you to figure out the best way to support your business. We provide opportunities for feedback during the month for anyone on the subscription plan. For those using the standalone services you will receive a feedback form after the work has been completed.
